KIND WORDS, SO APPRECIATED
A fun and gripping read. The Cormorant Club was a nice reading companion, while on a long four day family visitation weekend. The story kept me entertained during several quiet nights alone in a hotel. A lovely visitor's guide for northern Arizona is embedded in the story. I am looking forward to some new places to visit on my next trip to the Prescott area. I appreciated the book's dedication, and the author's gift for story telling.
Desperate Obssesion
This is a great read for people who love suspense and romance. I couldn't put it down. I love books based on fact and set in places I am familiar with. The main character was both wise and vulnerable. I could not wait to find out where it would end.
Told with compassion and skill, Lonely Hearts Cry is both a romance and a story of overcoming loss and starting over, when moving forward seems to be the most difficult thing to do. I think it's a book everyone should read.

BIO
Born and raised in England, Anji was in the WRAF and worked as a Passenger Officer for British Airways before moving to the U.S. in 1986. Since then, various administrative positions had her writing staff manuals and training materials. She has managed a senior’s apartment community, and was Director of a senior’s day care center, where she wrote a monthly column on Alzheimer’s issues. As a veteran, she participated in the veterans’ video project held in the Library of Congress, and has accompanied many WWII veterans on Honor Flights, to visit their monuments in Washington.
In support of organizations that provide wigs for children with cancer, Anji has made four donations of her hair. She and Mother Nature are working on number five.
As with many writers, the ideas for Anji's books come from real events. And whether she utilizes her love of codes and coincidence, her experience with planes and poetry, or her fascination with the human condition; all plots eventually thicken. Naturally the murder and mayhem are figments of her overactive imagination, but if you’d like to know what’s real and what’s imagined, please contact her.
